　　线易微CMP6713HV是支持6.5V-30V输入，带使能和电阻选频功能的定压输入隔离电源驱动芯片。

　　01 产品简介

　　CMP6713HV是全桥式隔离电源驱动芯片，芯片内部集成两个N型功率MOSFET和两个P型功率MOSFET，通过内部振荡器提供具有精准时序和死区时间的互补驱动信号。

　　驱动芯片搭配配套的变压器，可以实现输入电压6.5V-30V，输出功率不超过3.5W的隔离电源。采用不同的变压器，外围只需搭配简单的输入输出滤波电容和整流电路，即可获得多种隔离电压输出。产品提供电阻选频功能，可以在200-420kHz范围内连续调整开关频率。
