  一、什么是热电阻传感器

  热电阻测温是基于金属导体的电阻值随温度的增加而增加这一特性来进行温度测量的。大多数热电阻在温度升高 1℃时电阻值将增加 0.4% ~ 0.6%。热电阻大都由纯金属材料制成,应用最多的是铂和铜,此外,已开始采用镍、锰和铑等材料制造热电阻。

  热电阻传感器主要是利用电阻值随温度变化而变化这一特性来测量温度及与温度有关的参数。在温度检测精度要求比较高的场合,这种传感器比较适用。较为广泛的热电阻材料为铂、铜、镍等,它们具有电阻温度系数大、线性好、性能稳定、使用温度范围宽、加工容易等特点。用于测量 -200℃~+500℃范围内的温度。并且随着科技的发展热电阻传感器的测温范围也随着扩展,低温方面已成功地应用于 1 ~ 3K 的温度测量中,高温方面也出现了多种用于 1000 ~ 1300℃的热电阻传感器。

  二、热电阻传感器工作原理

  热电阻是利用物质在温度变化时,其电阻也随着发生变化的特征来测量温度的。当阻值变化时,工作仪表便显示出阻值所对应的温度值。

  热电阻传感器是利用导体或半导体的电阻率随温度的变化而变化的原理制成的。铂属贵重金属,具有耐高温、温度特性好、使用寿命长等特点,因而得到广泛应用

  铂电阻阻值与温度之间的关系是非线性,即 Rt = R0 ( I +αt +βt2 ) ( t 在 0~630℃之间)

  (1)式中:Rt —铂热电阻的电阻值,Ω;R0 —铂热电阻在 0℃时的电阻值,R = 100Ω;α—一阶温度系数,α = 3.908 ×10 -3 ( ℃)β—二阶温度系数,β = 5.802 ×10 -7 ( ℃)在实际测温电路中,测量的是铂电阻的电压量,因而需由铂热电阻的电阻值推导出相应的电压值与温度之间的函数关系,即 Ut = f (Rt ) = f[ f ( t) ]。

  (2)从而计算出(即测量)实际的温度。
