DENSO入股英飞凌 共同增进汽车电子业务

近日，汽车电子半导体解决方案全球领导厂商英飞凌科技（Infineon）与全球先进汽车技术、系统与元件领导厂商 DENSO，为增进全球汽车电子业务，深化双方长期合作关系，正携手强化在包括自动驾驶与电动车等领域既有及新技术的系统专业知识。

在这项合作的基础上，日企DENSO已购入金额约在数千万欧元的英飞凌股权。

DENSO公司资深执行总监伊奈博之表示，很高兴能透过与半导体公司的强力合作，为汽车电子系统建立最佳的半导体解决方案，以提升自动驾驶与电动系统的竞争力。

英飞凌首席执行官Reinhard Ploss表示，“很荣幸能更进一步深化既有的合作关系。英飞凌与日本最大，同时也是全球领先之系统供应商合作，将强化英飞凌与日本产业的连结，巩固在日本与全球半导体市场的地位。我们欢迎DENSO加入股东阵容。”
