通富微电27日早间公告，2月26日公司收到股东富士通中国通知，富士通中国与国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司、南通招商江海产业发展基金合伙企业（有限合伙）、宁波梅山保税港区道康信斌投资合伙企业（有限合伙）签署了《股份转让合同》，共计转让公司无限售条件流通股股份184,917,589股。

其中，富士通中国拟将其所持公司69,547,131股股份（占公司股份总数的6.03%）转让予受让方产业基金；将其所持公司57,685,229股股份（占公司股份总数的5%）转让予受让方南通招商；将其所持公司57,685,229股股份（占公司股份总数的5%）转让予受让方道康信斌投资。

转让后，富士通中国持股由18.03%降至2%，大基金持股由15.70%升至21.72%。公告显示，经买卖双方协商一致，本标的股份的每股转让价款额为人民币9.2元、转让价款分别为人民币639,833,605.20元、530,704,106.80元、以及530,704,106.80元。

公告称，富士通（中国）有限公司鉴于经营需要，转让所持有的通富微电公司的股份。

本次权益变动前后，相关股东持股数量及比例具体如下：
