华润微常务副董事长、核心技术人员陈南翔辞职

昨日晚间，华润微电子有限公司发布公告称，公司常务副董事长、核心技术人员陈南翔于近日因个人原因，申请辞去公司常务副董事长职务，并办理完成相关离职手续，陈南翔辞职后仍将担任公司董事。陈南翔已与公司副总裁兼首席运营官李虹办理完成工作交接。

华润微公司2020年8月27日召开第一届董事会第十五次会议审议通过了《关于聘任公司高级管理人员的议案》，同意聘任李虹为公司副总裁兼首席运营官。

据中国经济网上市公司人事库资料显示，李虹，1962年生，美国国籍，美国威斯康星大学物理学专业博士。2003年至2009年期间历任上海宏力半导体制造有限公司总监、资深总监、副总裁；于2009年至2014年期间任无锡华润上华科技有限公司、无锡华润上华半导体有限公司副总经理、无锡华润上华科技有限公司总经理；于2014年至2017年期间任无锡华润华晶微电子有限公司副总经理；于2018年至2020年任华润微电子（重庆）有限公司总经理及功率半导体技术创新中心负责人；于2020年任公司功率器件事业群总经理，现聘任为公司副总裁兼首席运营官。
