全球知名半导体制造商ROHM Co., Ltd.（以下简称“罗姆”）荣获全球先进驱动技术和电动化解决方案大型制造商Vitesco Technologies GmbH （以下简称“纬湃科技”）颁发的“2022年度最佳供应商奖”中的“合作伙伴关系（Partnering）”奖项。
在纬湃科技全球约17,000家供应商中，有6家因表现杰出而荣获此项殊荣。颁奖仪式已于2023年7月20日在德国雷根斯堡举行。
罗姆半导体欧洲总裁Wolfram Harnack表示：“非常荣幸能够荣获此项殊荣。罗姆通过优异的品质、稳定供应高可靠性先进产品、以及深受信赖的优质服务，持续为客户实现事业目标提供支持，我想此次获奖正是纬湃科技对罗姆杰出表现的充分肯定。 ”
此次获奖再次体现了纬湃科技与罗姆之间稳固的合作伙伴关系。双方已于2020年建立了“电动汽车电力电子开发合作伙伴关系”。2023年6月，双方签署了从2024年至2030年间交易额达1,300亿日元的“SiC功率元器件长期供货合作协议”。
纬湃科技计划最早从2024年开始供应采用了罗姆SiC芯片的先进逆变器，目前这种逆变器已被两家大型电动汽车制造商决定采用。
