月23日消息，据央视新闻报道，3月22日下午，《上海市浦东新区促进无驾驶人智能网联汽车创新应用规定实施细则》正式发布，为相关企业下一步开展无驾驶人智能网联汽车创新应用活动提供操作指引，标志着上海浦东新区智能网联汽车创新应用迈入无人驾驶新时代。
据悉，实施细则内容包括：明确政府如何管理创新应用活动、明确企业如何申请开展创新应用活动、明确如何对创新应用能力进行评估、明确如何保障创新应用活动安全开展、明确如何创新设置道路运输经营条件等，也为科技企业在创新应用过程中开展收费的商业试运营活动打开了通道。
当天，浦东新区已为一批企业发放了“创新应用测试通知书”，率先进入测试环节，满足相关要求后即可深入示范运营，最终进入正式的商业运营阶段。
