　　一、电机换向器的工作原理

　　换向器的工作原理是当线圈中流过电流时,通过永久磁铁吸引和排斥的力进行旋转,直到其与磁铁平衡为止,原本通电的线与对应的换向器的触头相比远离电刷,电刷与产生推进力的线圈的对应的触头连接,不停的重复,直流电动机就转起来了。

　　二、电机换向器的作用

　　换向器是直流永磁串激电机、单相串激电机上为了能够让电机持续转动下去的一个部件。

      当线圈通过电流后,在磁场的作用下,通过吸引和排斥力转动,当它转到和磁铁平衡时,原来通着电的线圈对应换向器上的触片就与电刷分离开,而电刷连接到符合产生推动力的那组线圈对应的触片上,这样不停的重复下去,直流电动机就转起来了。如果没有换向器的作用,那电机只能转不到半圈就卡死了,无法实现持续的运转。
