(1)普通装配型热电偶传感器
普通装配型热电偶传感器通常由感温元件(热电极)绝缘套管、保护管、安装固定装置
和接线盒等部件组件。
①热电极，是测温元件。如果是贵金属,热电极的直径多为0.3~0.65mm的细丝;若是廉金属，热电极的直径一般为0.5~3.2mm的细丝。热电极的长度由安装条件和热电偶的插人深度决定，通常为350~2000mm。
②绝缘套管，其作用是防止两个热电极之间或热电极与保护套管之间短路。绝缘套管的材料由使用温度范围确定:在1000℃以下多采用普通陶瓷;在1000~1300℃多采用高纯氧化铝;在1300~1600℃多采用刚玉。
③保护管,其作用是使热电偶不直接和被测介质接触,以防机械损伤或被介质腐蚀、玷污。保护管的材质主要有金属、非金属和金属陶瓷三种。
④接线盒,其作用是固定接线座和连接热电极和补偿导线。通常由铝合金制成，一般分普通式和密封式两种。为了防止灰尘和有害气体进入热电偶保护套管内，接线盒的出线孔和盖子均用垫片和垫圈加以密封。接线盒内用于连接热电极和补偿的螺丝必须紧固,以免产生较大的接触电阻而影响测量的准确性。
(2)铠装热电偶传感器
铠装型热电偶是将热电偶丝、绝缘材料和金属保护套管三者组合装配后，经过拉伸加工而成的一种坚实的组合体。铠装热电偶具有能弯曲、耐高压、热响
应时间快和坚固耐用等优点。
