ARM稍早悄悄地更新其官方LOGO标志，将原本采英文大写字样的「ARM」，更改为全部小写字样的「arm」，同时从原本线条明显的直线更改为较圆润线条。
目前ARM方面尚未对此做官方说明，但透露主要希望呼应现行业务扩展而作改变，并且让品牌形象藉由全新标志设计让更多人容易识别，并且贴近ARM旗下产品推动万物连接的发展形象。
就目前ARM所立下目标，将使物联网设备数量成长至1兆规模，同时驱动更多技术改革击市场应用成长，先前除持续扩展免预付授权费用计划DesignStart，更藉由DynamIQ重新定义多核架构设计，让移动设备处理器运算效能突破发展，藉此促进更多市场应用成长。
而在接下来即将到来的5G连网时代，预期物联网应用将成为市场主流，ARM也表示将在此发展趋势扮演重要推手，藉由提供更低耗电、运算效率更高，以及更安全连接防护，将让物联网应用更容易快速普及。
ARM的品牌名称源自「Acron Risc Machine」各个前缀，而ARM旗下三个主要产品线Cortex-A、Cortex-R与Cortex-M恰好也呼应ARM品牌名称，分别对应不同运算需求领域，并且满足不同应用领域。
