工程级有线及无线连接产品供应商——Infinite Electronics公司今日宣布其已从总部位于伦敦的全球技术公司——史密斯集团公司（Smiths Group plc），收购了其互连产品部门（Smiths Interconnect）的微波电信业务（Microwave Telecoms business，SMT）。

SMT由众所周知的解决方案型品牌Kaelus，PolyPhaser，Transtector Systems和RadioWaves构成。这些公司当中的每一家不但提供一系列应用于全球关键通信网络内的独特功能和产品，而且还通过创新和客户服务制定全球标准。总而言之，SMT致力于保证从信号塔至通信核心的可靠通信网络性能。
