英特尔：因为高通的不正当竞争，不得不退出基带芯片市场

据IT media网站报道，美国英特尔公司于11月29日(当地时间)向法院提交了美国联邦贸易委员会(FTC)对高通反垄断指控案中对FTC有利的上诉文件，称因高通的不正当竞争导致其不得不将基带芯片业务卖给苹果。

　　FTC早在2017年就对高通提出了反垄断指控，称高通的专利授权政策违反了联邦法案，造成了不正当竞争。今年5月美国圣何塞地方法院法官高兰惠判定高通违反了联邦法案，高通不服审判结果随后提起上诉。

　　苹果也在2017年紧随FTC对高通提出指控，高通也反过来指控苹果，在斗争过程中，苹果在iPhone中采用了英特尔的Modem芯片。但两家的斗争在今年4月戛然而止，英特尔在两家和解后发表声明称要退出基带芯片业务。7月，苹果宣布收购英特尔基带芯片业务。

　　英特尔在官方博客中称，英特尔为建立基带芯片事业苦战了10年，投入数十亿美金，雇佣数千名员工，收购了两家企业，才打造出世界级产品。但因为高通人为干预了竞争的公平性，使他们不得不退出市场。
