美方要求限制对华为的芯片供应？台积电：并无此事

金融时报援引知情人士话述，美国正设法说服中国台湾政府限制台积电对华为的芯片供应，同时希望台湾地区加强对大陆科技输出的管制。当事人台积电今日回应称，并无此事。
自美国政府对华为进行实质性打压后，美国企业对华为的供货是一路受阻。尽管华为并未受到严重影响，但美国政府却是不依不挠接连抛出“管制”。
据经济日报报道，台积电代理发言人孙又文对这一桩新“管制”传闻指出，并无此事。
孙又文称，美国政府没有要求台积电不可以出货给华为，至于有没有收到美方信息，则应该由政府来响应。
同时，台湾经济部今(4)日表示，没有收到美方相关信息，也没有要采取相关禁止的行动。
台积电此前就曾明确表示，与美国律师讨论研究过，在不包含晶圆制造设备的情况下，台积电出货给华为的产品源自美国技术含量不超过25%，且离25%还有一段距离。因此，对华为供货不需改变。
