　　安富利正式对外宣布德州仪器(TI)已经决定终止两家公司合作。因此，安富利股票在周五大跌，收盘时跌幅近9%，市值萎缩到45亿美元。

　　根据安富利向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件，TI周二告诉安富利，“由于TI战略的发展，TI计划在2020年12月31日之前终止与该公司分销合作关系。”目前，德州仪器贡献安富利年度销售10%份额。

　　此外，据中国台湾媒体报道，德州仪器(TI)还将终止大联大旗下世平、文晔的代理权。大联大公告，子公司世平兴业接获TI通知，因其策略调整，计划明年12月31日终止经销代理，TI业务占大联大集团进货总额11.28%，占世平合并报表进货总额22.1%。

　　文晔也公告，该公司接获TI通知，因应其代理销售策略调整，TI计划于2020年12月31日前停止与该公司代理关系。TI占文晔去年合并进货总额20.05%，今年上半年合并进货总额19.7%。
