苹果A13打趴华为新芯片 爆惊人内幕

台积电7纳米制程超夯，吸引大咖客户抢下单，华为麒麟990芯片抢头香采用最新7纳米EUV制程，苹果A13瞐片却爆出大意外，只使用一般7纳米工艺，以制程的先进技术来看，麒麟990性能应该强压苹果A13，没想到竟被A13撂倒，难道是7纳米EUV制程不强吗?

　　TechWeb报导，被寄予厚望的麒麟990虽然用最新7纳米EUV，但因在集成5G的影响下，功耗不可过高，最后表现仍不敌苹果A13。

　　至于苹果A13为何只用一般7纳米制程?市场有两种说法，一是台积电7纳米EUV制程价格太高，苹果去年惨淡营收归咎于手机卖太贵，为了节省成本而放弃EUV工艺;另种解释是台积电7纳米EUV产能不足，但凭着与台积电多年合作，最大客户苹果若下单不可能往外推，因此这种说法不太合理。

　　报导指出，目前全球只有台积电和三星拥有7纳米EUV产线，即使三星新处理器Exynos 9825采用7纳米EUV，其性能仅与高通骁龙855平手，此外，三星先前还爆出7纳米EUV良率不足的问题，因此台积电7纳米EUV的优异性能和良率还是独霸龙头地位，明年进入5纳米制程，台积电恐将掀起另一波客户抢货潮。
