先进制程驱动，北美半导体设备出货连4月逾20亿美元

国际半导体产业协会(SEMI)公布最新出货报告(Billing Report)显示，2019年8月北美半导体设备制造商出货金额为20亿美元(单位下同)，较2019年7月最终数据的20.3亿元下降1.4%，相较去年同期的22.3亿元则下滑10.5%。

　　全球营销长暨台湾区总裁曹世纶表示，8月份北美设备制造商的销售额较上个月相比下降约1个百分比，纵然半导体产业面临存储器产业疲弱以及外在环境不确定因素等影响，受惠今年逻辑和晶圆代工为应对5G等趋势发展，大力投资先进制程技术，在过去4个月中，每月出货金额仍维持超过20亿元水平。

　　产业分析人士指出，台湾受惠台积电大力投资先进制程，投资额是今年到目前为止全球最大设备投资市场，大陆则因扩大投资在地半导体产业，明年有机会跃居全球第一。

　　产业分析人士预期，大陆、韩国、台湾未来将是12英寸晶圆厂全球前3大投资晶圆厂的区域，在10纳米以下先进制程持续驱动下，明年全球12英寸晶圆厂投资成长回温约7-8%。至于存储器产业投资，他预估明年上半年NAND闪存出现反弹，DRAM则要明年中之后才有望回温。整体而言，预期全球半导体设备市场明年回温。

　　台积电预估今年资本支出将超过原先预期的100-110亿元水平，并创历史新高。美光日前宣布加码660亿元新台币等值外币增资台湾，市场认为，这显示美光看好5G和人工智能(AI)趋势，以及明年下半年到后年存储器市况。
