中兴：5G芯片已发展三代 7nm 5G芯片下半年发

在华为发售6199元的Mate 20 X 5G手机之前，中兴抢先上市了Axon 10 Pro 5G手机，售价只有4999元，是目前正式开卖的5G手机中最便宜的。
不过与华为使用自研7nm巴龙5000 5G基带不同，中兴的5G手机使用的还是高通的X50基带，10nm工艺，而且只支持5G的NSA组网方式，不支持SA组网，规格上比华为基带差很多。
完全依赖高通的5G基带，这个问题不止中兴有，事实上这也是国内其他厂商的问题，5G时代核心技术越来越依赖其他厂商，在市场竞争中会处于不利位置。
对中兴来说，他们其实也有自己的芯片研发能力，尤其是在去年被美国制裁之后，中兴也加大了对自研芯片的支持力度。中兴通讯CEO徐子阳上月初在央视节目中表示，7nm工艺的芯片已经完成设计并量产，目前正在研发5nm工艺的5G芯片。
日前中兴通讯高级副总裁、首席战略官王翔日前在采访中再次提到了中兴的5G芯片进展，表示中兴的5G芯片已经发展了三代，基于7nm工艺的5G芯片会在下半年问世，不过中兴方面依然没有给出更具体的时间和细节。
此外，王翔还提到了5G手机价格贵的问题，他指出这主要是因为5G手机成本相比4G提高了很多，一是天线数量多了50%，二是芯片还未大规模量产，这些都会导致5G手机偏贵。
不过王翔预测，明年下半年5G手机价格就会与4G手机差不多了。
