国科微以人民币 36,000万元正式收购华电通讯

自2018年5月，国科微曾发布公告表示，公司拟以现金方式购买深圳华电通讯有限公司（以下简称“华电通讯”）100%股权，股权收购价格为人民币 36,000万元。  

7个月后，国科微董事会以及股东大会审核通过了《关于收购深圳华电通讯有限公司的议案》，同意公司全资子公司长沙天捷星科技有限公司（以下简称“天捷星科技”）收购华电通讯。 

2018年12月19日，国科微收到了华电通讯关于完成工商变更登记的通知。华电通讯已完成相关工商变更登记，并取得了深圳市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。 

国科微此前表示，公司在广播电视、智能监控、固态存储、物联网等各方面具有丰富的芯片产品研发经验和市场优势，结合华电通讯在系统集成、细分市场等领域的多年技术积累与市场成熟资源，经过并购以及资源整合后，将对公司产生积极影响。 

通过此次交易，可以在巩固华电通讯目前行业地位的基础上丰富其产品系列，强化华电通讯现有各产品线的技术纵深度，整合双方现有技术资源和人才资源，提升其整体技术水平和运营水平，使产品线规模化、系统化，进而全面提升华电通讯在细分行业市场的竞争力和树立龙头品牌地位。
