中小尺寸面板市场竞争激烈,凌巨售面板模组厂凌达光电

面板厂凌巨科技日籍总经理场昭光13日在台湾证券交易所宣布，将子公司凌达光电科技公司售予昆山嘉航资产管理公司。
凌巨科技发言人陈益成说明，中小尺寸面板市场竞争激烈，凌巨科技聚焦高附加价值的工控及车载市场，提供客制化技术开发及一站式服务，退出消费性产品市场。
陈益成强调，此次出售旗下凌达光电科技公司原本是主攻消费产品的面板模组厂，但凌巨退出消费性产品，影响所及凌达的面板模组产能也多已转至邻近的另一模组厂，因此凌达出售后不但可以贡献获利，对已转型的凌巨营运也无影响。
陈益成指出，凌巨本身生产中小型面板，并将面板交给旗下面板模组厂进一步制成模组，此次出售的凌达光电科技公司就是位于昆山的模组厂之一，但产能多已整合到昆山的另一模组厂和霖光电高科公司，所以不影响凌巨的运作。
他表示，昆山和霖光电高科模组厂月产能210万片、深圳旭茂光电技术公司模组厂月产能约200万片、台湾头份厂月产能约20万片。
凌巨董事会13日决议出售子公司凌达光电科技公司100%股权，交易对象为昆山嘉航资产管理公司，预计交易价格暂订人民币4.1亿元，明年第2季完成交易。
