国微技术500万美元第二轮投资触控技术供应商Sensel,已取得9.22%股份

视密卡供货商及中国领先的mPOS设备供货商国微技术控股有限公司（“国微技术”或“公司”，连同其附属公司“集团”）宣布，于2018年11月9日，公司全资子公司国微控股（香港）有限公司（“国微香港”）根据股票购买协定（“购股协定”），通过购买Sensel Inc.（“Sensel”）的优先股“股票购买”）完成了第二轮500万美元的投资“投资”）。股票购买完成后，国微香港按全面摊薄基准持有Sensel约9.22%权益。
