日媒:中国半导体企业绕开美国商讨从欧洲购买最尖端设备

中国对人工智能(AI)等科技领域野心勃勃，令美国心生警惕、开始抵制陆企，北京不得其门而入，决定把目标转向欧洲。最新消息显示，中国大力扶植、希望能追上三星电子与美光的存储器业者──合肥睿力集成电路(Innotron Memory、又称合肥长鑫)，最近开始积极接洽欧洲半导体设备业龙头艾司摩尔(ASML Holding NV)，希望能采购最先进的半导体生产设备。
日经新闻22日引述未具名消息人士报导，中国国务院总理李克强才刚结束9天亚欧行，睿力执行长Zhu Yiming本周随即到访欧洲，计划跟荷兰厂商ASML高层见面，讨论购买极紫外光微影(Extreme Ultraviolet lithography，简称EUV)设备的可能性。Zhu还打算访问专精纳米电子和数位科技的比利时创新研究机构IMEC，希望缔结研发联盟，加快存储器芯片发展进程。
IMEC跟许多全球知名的半导体业者都曾合作研发过，对象包括西数(Western Digital)、台积电、东芝(Toshiba)、ADI和格罗方德(GlobalFoundries)等。据悉，李克强才刚在10月18日拜访IMEC。
