产业研究机构Yole Développement发布CMOS影像传感器(CMOS Image Sensor, CIS)的年度技术和市场分析指出，2017年CIS市场规模达139亿美元，预测2017～2023年的年复合成长率( CAGR)为9.4%，主要成长动能在于智能手机整合了额外的相机镜头与功能以支持光学变焦、生物感测和3D辨识等功能。
