敦泰控诉联咏侵权,索赔近8亿元新台币

IC设计厂商敦泰（3545）日前由旗下子公司控诉联咏侵害其专利，并向智慧财产法院声请定暂时状态处分，今（17）日正式提告，并求偿今年前三季期间共近8亿元（新台币，后同）估算损失的赔偿金额。

敦泰与联咏今年在触控暨驱动整合芯片（TDDI）市场势力互有消长，对于遭敦泰控告，联咏表示，会按照法律程序进行，不影响其业务进行，第3季的营运展望也不变。

基于开发方法不同，敦泰当初将上述产品命名为IDC芯片，与新思阵营分庭抗礼，不过进入今年后，联咏俨然有后来居上之势。敦泰这次向法院提出的最低额损害赔偿约7.94亿元，按照其目前资本额来计算，大约等于其每股纯益2.66元，该公司强调，后续将适时依照实际侵权状况，另行追加增额损害赔偿。

敦泰今年上半年每股纯益为0.36元，归属母公司业主净利为1.04亿元，累计前八月合并营收为70.25亿元，年增0.8％。在联咏方面，上半年每股纯益为4.11元，前八月合并营收340.35亿元，年增10.5％。
