台湾大哥大（Taiwan Mobile）获5G运营牌照，运营商竞争逐渐激烈

据台媒报道，台湾大哥大（Taiwan Mobile）成为当地市场上第三家获得 5G 运营牌照的大型运营商，它计划在今年将基站数量增加一倍以向当局示好。

 

台湾电信监管机构 NCC 透露，该运营商计划在 12 月底前建成 4000 个 5G 基站，这也凸显了运营商之间的竞争日益激烈。

 

中华电信（Chunghwa Telecom）和远传电信（Far EasTone）本月早些时候获得了牌照，各自的目标是在年底前部署 3000 个 5G 基站。台湾大哥大原本向 NCC 承诺今年内完成 2000 个 5G 基站建设，但在申请 5G 牌照时主动加码到 4000 个，有意挑战中华电信和远传电信。凸显了运营商之间的竞争日益激烈。

亚太电信（Asia Pacific Telecom）使用 28GHz 频段的行动也得到了批准，不过在开始建设之前，它还在等待一项信息安全计划的批准。28GHz 服务主要面向企业。该运营商计划从竞争对手那里租借 3.5GHz 频段的带宽，这需要重新提交向使用 3.5GHz 频段的消费者提供服务的商业计划。
