1、 前言
运动控制器是用来实现机械运动精确的位置控制、速度控制、加速度控制、转矩或力的控制。运动控制器按结构分类可分为 PLC 可编程逻辑控制器、单片机控制器、独立式运动控制器、基于 PC 机的运动控制卡、网络控制器。动机在由行程开关控制交流接触器而实现电动机拖动物体向上运行达到指定位置后又向下运行，或者用时间继电器控制电动机正反转或转一会停一会再转一会再停。运动控制在机器人和数控机床的领域内的应用要比在专用机器中的应用更复杂，因为后者运动形式更简单，通常被称为通用运动控制。
2、 方案概述
Ameya360 运动控制模块解决方案控制的运动轨迹由直线、圆弧组成，对于一些非圆曲线轮廓则用直线或圆弧去逼近。插补计算就是控制器根据输入的基本数据，通过计算，将运动轨迹描述出来，边计算边根据计算结果向执行机构发出运动指令。对于较简单的慢速直线运动，控制器需要进行的计算往往以整数运算为主；采用通用 PLC 等控制器即可实现，对于快速运动或圆弧插补运动，往往需要浮点数运算能力更强、输出信号频率更高的专用控制器或芯片来实现。
