迅芯微斩获“中国芯”优秀技术创新产品奖

　　AAD08S050G芯片是一款基于CMOS工艺制造的高速模数转换芯片，其采样率最高可达50GS/s，分辨率为8bit，可对直流到20GHz频率内的信号直接采样。芯片采用时间交织架构，集成了128路子SAR ADC。在输出接口方面，芯片集成16路高速串行输出接口，每路最高速率可达25Gbps。芯片采用了先进的BGA225封装。

　　该款芯片具有三大技术创新：

　　首先，在采样器前端设计方面，突破了超宽带模拟前端、片上传输线、低抖动采样时钟重定时等技术，解决了ADC超宽带高线性采样问题;

　　其次，在时间校准技术方面，采用了数字与模拟混合的校准方式，显著降低了交织误差的影响;针对非线性误差，采用前台校准的方式，进一步提升线性度;

　　最后，在精准同步机制方面，提出了分级重定时的同步机制，攻克了复位时刻定位、转换时间定相、数据传输对齐等技术难点，实现了从数据转换到远端数据接收的皮秒级的精准同步。

　　该款芯片是目前国内唯一一款已经量产的采样率高达50Gsps的超高速ADC芯片，处于国际领先水平。可以广泛应用在高端示波器、宽带通信系统以及高速数据采集系统等领域。
