知识产权界诉讼金额最大案！吉利起诉威马索赔21亿元

吉利起诉威马侵害商业秘密一案日前在上海高级人民法院开庭审理，案件诉讼标的额达到21亿元，是目前国内知识产权界诉讼金额最大的商业纠纷案。

　　今年8月底，一则“吉利起诉威马侵害商业秘密”的案件被曝光，原告为国内汽车自主品牌的代表企业，包括浙江吉利控股集团有限公司、浙江吉利汽车研究院有限公司，被告威马汽车则是成立于2015年的造车新势力的代表之一，包括威马汽车科技集团、威马智慧出行科技、威马汽车制造温州公司以及威马新能源汽车销售公司。这起诉讼主要源于吉利高管离职后加入威马，在新车型开发上可能存在侵权嫌疑。不过，目前还没有直接的证据表明威马的EX5车型源自吉利GX7平台。

　　吉利方向法院申请不公开审理，也就是案件的审理过程不允许旁听，而威马方面则称并无侵权行为，支持公开审理。威马汽车代理律师表示，威马汽车方面认为，21亿元标的额不具备相应依据。威马暂时保留所有针对原告提起反制法律措施的权利。
