韩国：若日本不取消制裁将采取报复措施

7月4日报道今日，路透社报道称，韩国政府表示，可能会对日本的高科技材料出口限制进行“报复”，因为可能会破坏全球内存芯片和智能手机的供应。

 

7月1日，日本方面宣布，从7月4日起将限制对韩国出口部分制造芯片和智能手机的材料。日媒分析称，日本此举是针对韩国“强征劳工索赔案”进行的报复性措施。韩联社此前报道称，日韩政府高层在二十国集团领导人峰会期间围绕“强征劳工索赔案”等事宜再次进行了谈判，但双方并未谈拢。

 

韩国媒体分析称日本针对韩国的出口限制措施，将给三星、海力士等韩国巨头带来负面影响。

 

据日本媒体报道，日本此次限制出口的三种材料主要用于芯片制和其他工业过程，包括光刻胶等，这些材料都是三星和SK海力士芯片制造过程中的必备材料。日本占据这三种材料产量的70%-90%，韩国芯片厂商很难找到其他替代来源。而日本共同社的报道称，日本正考虑将出口管制扩大至更多产品领域。

 

韩国财政部长在今日接受采访时表示，如果日本对韩国进行长期限制并损害到韩国产业，不排除采取相应的措施予以应对。

 

韩国贸易部长也比奥斯，日本该举措将扰乱全球手机供应链。

 

韩国总统办公室今日表示，计划积极寻求外交对策，包括向世界贸易组织（WTO）投诉“报复性”出口限制措施。
