动荡的IBM,超一万人被“自动减员”

据英国科技媒体Register报道，IBM计划在2018年对全球技术服务部门（GTS）的三分之一全球员工进行“高效地岗位调整”，受影响的员工数量数以万计。

IBM已雇用贝恩咨询公司制定方案。2002年，IBM斥资35亿美元收购了PWC咨询公司。不过，IBM还是从外部聘请了贝恩咨询师来完成这一任务。

一份发给IBM高管的内部文件透露，2018年公司将“转变服务交付模式”，“服务交付和技术业务的员工中，30%将接受岗位的重新调配或自然减员”。GTS的全球员工数为103000人。

“2018年预计受影响的员工”有30900名员工，这包括了在美国的10900名员工以及客户创新中心（GIC）在全球范围的20000名员工。

文件中还显示，有10100个岗位被归类为“自然减员”，其中包括美国的1700名员工和全球范围内的8400名员工。自然减员意指，合同期满后不再续签也不再招聘。

IBM发言人回应，“我们对猜想不做评论。”

IBM已从PC生产商转变为一家多元化的科技公司，在营收连续下滑22个季度后，去年10月的财报中，其营收超过了预期。
