苹果供应商Lumentum 17亿美元并购交易获中国批准

据外媒报道，美国光学元件供应商Lumentum Holdings周四宣布，该公司以17亿美元收购光通讯解决方案供应商Oclaro交易已获得中国监管部门的批准。

Lumentum是苹果公司Face ID组件供应商，该公司今年3月曾宣布，将以股票加现金的方式收购Oclaro全部股份，当时的总价值约18亿美元。

Lumentum当时表示，这笔交易旨在拓宽其激光产品组合，并在快速发展的3D传感技术市场赢得优势。

但受新一代iPhone市场需求的影响，Lumentum在上个月中旬下调了季度业绩预期，将营收预期下调了7000万美元，主要就是因为来自苹果的订单数量的下滑。

Lumentum今日还预计，这笔交易将于今年12月10日左右完成。交易完成后，Oclaro股东将拥有合并后新公司约16%的股份。
