Vishay量小价高交期长 无法缓解MLCC缺货现象

在日系大厂相继宣布减供中、低容MLCC之际，美系大厂威世（Vishay）却宣布供应一大批MLCC，对于供应紧缺的MLCC市场而言，这固然是个好消息，但业界认为Vishay此举恐怕对高达两位数的供应缺口作用不大。

3月8日，Vishay宣布，针对一些元件制造商近期发布停产（EOL）产品变更通知的情况，Vishay向市场供应一大批重要的多层陶瓷片式电容器（MLCC）。针对很多目前在全球市场缺货的MLCC产品，Vishay还公布了交货时间，量产订单的供货周期为十二周到十四周，涉及的规格包含大尺寸NPO以及X7R MLCC。

不过据台湾媒体报道，经通路商、EMS厂查证，Vishay增产部分为车用MLCC，还有消息称，Vishay是因应客户要求而增产，产能已被预订，对目前高达2位数的供需缺口远水救不了近火。

Vishay虽是分立半导体、全方位被动组件厂，生产MLCC、电阻、电感、MOSFET等各类零组件，电阻市占率约2％，电感市占率约2.24％，MLCC不在全球前十大，产能规模不足以影响产业。

业界指出，Vishay的产品质量不差，但是产量小、价格较高、交期长，无法因应急单，对于用量庞大的标准型MLCC来说，客户会有疑虑，除非品牌厂指定采用，EMS厂在采购排序上不会考虑Vishay。
